At Gully Labs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return and exchange window for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24-48 hours to collect the return shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
